DIY Cool Tube: Draw air from the grow chamber or from a separate intake?

If you draw air from outside the grow space you will not need a carbon filter on the light cooling circuit. If you draw air from inside the grow space, the air will need to be scrubbed. Personally, I prefer to cool my lighting with outside air. Most of the time the outside air is cooler than...

Need help with 100 gallon rez

Depending on the type of plastic, it may be un-repairable. Polyethelene, for example, cannot be reliably glued...repairs are friction welded. Depending on the exact location of the frature, 100 gallons could be placing great strain on the repair...like 800lbs! Given what is at stake, I would...

    Cool Down a Room?

The wattage is your heat generated. One critical number you need is the temp of the incoming air. If the incoming air is 90 F, you're going to need some A/C. A 6" inline fan will cool your room as much as it can be cooled...

    Pre-98 Bubba Kush x Snowdawg

You won't have any problem filling up a 5x5 tent. I could fill that up with one plant easily. Just top em one time early on. Then start bending them down and out. I should point out that a 600 watt light is not really enough to light up 25 sq ft. I use a 1000 watt light for every 18 sq ft. You...

FAN LEAVES turning light green but branches dark green, purple and blue spots.

You have to read the back of the bottles. You should come up with a total of 13 elements: Primary: Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potasium, Secondary: Calcium, Magnesium, Sulfur, and the 7 micros which I can't remember all off the top of my head. Someone here may be able to give me a hand. I know you've...

20,000 Watt Medical Grow Op Construction

Interesting. I did not know that. In that case, we'll hit em with the Doktor Doom once a month or so just to keep em on their little toes. On another note, I purchased everything needed for another TFRDWC 8 bucket system today: air pump, circ pump, fittings, air stones, buckets, tubing...

See What Some People are Getting Done (Farming 101)

Well Burger Boss, Taff's dad took the cake. Be sure to clear out your Google search record. Hate for someone to find your "hairy man assless chaps" search. Does anyone have a real Tafbang update? A nice Taf quote cut and pasted is always welcome here, as we are not welcome there.

20,000 Watt Medical Grow Op Construction

Bout 12 ozs was the best so far. However, 2 of it was on the small side. Not larf, but just a little small. We'll be growing the plants a little smaller in the future, concentrating on getting 100% top grade buds from each plant. On the Bubbas, we only thin the leaves week 3 of bloom. We leave...

20,000 Watt Medical Grow Op Construction

Never tried the Wowie. How's the yield? If we're going to grow a "less powerful" plant or 2, it might as well be a good yielder, eh?

Now you're getting there. Make sure the micros are in the Grow. If not, pick up a jug of Earthjuice Microblast. I'm with Serapis and believe the CalMag will give you good results solving your current problem.

I can't see why a mod would have any problem with our little thread here. There has been much valuable information on topic relating to the many uses of cannabis that might otherwise find itself in a landfill. I'm currently fabricating a spear out of an old dry stock in the event of a Honey...

See What Some People are Getting Done (Farming 101)

No worries, Brick. I tried a PM, without success. Wrong coast, anyways. Much of my life is spent on ocean voyaging yachts and trawlers, and always enjoy a good chat about all things sea going. We have been shopping for small marinas with haulout yards in Panama for our "pre-retirement" plans...

Brick...which marina did you sell? We keep a boat at Ventura Harbor and one at Channel Islands. We own a marine business, as well. Just wondering we've trooped the same dirt.

No. You need a COMPLETE nutrient solution....not just NPK. I have a feeling the super bloom "plant food" doesn't contain the other 10 elements needed for a plant to grow. The little defects you have now are nothing compared to what will happen when they start flowering without the needed nutes...

Ak47 43 Days into Flowering Leaves Around Main Cola are Falling Off (With Pics)

Yes Yes Yes. I can't believe they look as good as they do with no drainage. You needs to have drainage holes always. Drill some holes today, give them a good flush and a light feeding or 2. Then start your pre harvest flushing. What should happen is that the smaller newr leaves should green up a...

Can You Help with Growing in Coco

We grow in 100% coco, as well. Keep in mind that coco tends to rob Cal and Mag from plants until enough nutes have been applied to "fill up" the coco. This is why Cal and Mag problems are so common with coco. The way around this is to do your initial wet out of the coco with 300 ppm Cal Mag...

Had our first complaint from a member today. He seriously says the meds are "just too strong"...and wondered if we had something "not so powerful". I took it for a huge compliment, but he was serious. I layed some of the Chgem Dog on him that slipped into a Bubba batch. I haven't tried it, but...
