It's a very thin layer. This was 2nd and third spray so it was not much. I will give it a go though... You can see on the bottom of the paper that its came through in some spots as its shiny and sticky.

100% veg parchment did not work with 1/2 or whole can. You can scrape the top but most of it is merged with the paper. >.<
