IMO 2x 1000w will be a major undertaking for a new grower, the issues grow exponentially with that much power. I would advise 2x600w

newbuddy, you are doing fine with 1 plant. The issue is a huge tent and 10 plants with the OP title mentioning CFLs. That will never work. Nothing to do with what you are doing, CFLs are great for small grows

I would consider insulating between the layers, I assume the veg room heat is contributing to the flower temps. The veg air may be cooler, but the lights are heating the floor I bet. Maybe a small fan in the veg wall sucking air out and pushing it through ducting into the flower wall so air...

OP had it right using panda film, you'll want flat white walls IMO. I didn't like his setup with passive intake on top and exhaust fan on bottom, that's counter-intuitive. You will want some kind of exhaust fan up high, anything will do like a PC fan or two or a desk fan if you are on a budget...

Yup, just chasing your tail with the adults. You need a product that will seal the eggs in and not let the adults get at them. Break the chain. I got a lifetime supply sized bag of DE at Home Depot for about $10, haven't seen one gnat since.

Can you get some Diatomaceous Earth or Gnat Nix type product? I've used DE with great success, but it is kinda messy. I don't think 3% Peroxide would hurt in coco, mixed about 4 to 1 would seem safe to me..I've not had any real luck with it though.

I bought a roll of panda film for $40 and sectioned my room into 2 "tents", a 4'x8' and a 4'x4'. Perfect for 2 600w for flower and a 400w for veg :) Although it's getting increasingly hard to find someone unhappy with cheap LEDs for veg (much easier for flower ;) )

They are 10" and 12" tall, with the taller one having massive fan leaves lol. I measured the main blades on several at 6" long and over 7" across the smallest blades. At her widest she's 19" across, tip to tip, so I guess she'll be bushy lol...
