What type of plant light? Most of the older "plant lights" are pretty terrible compared to a standard CLF. I would say 78w of CFL could grown a single small plant but I don't think 65w of incandescent 'plant light' +13w of CFL would be able to.

Could be N deficiency but it's also possible that they are growing very quickly and the leaves are growing faster than they can be filled with chlorophyll. I have a feeling your plants could easily outdo those 4 :)

It really depends on strain. Some strains budder up real fast and other take a bit of whipping. I've had some budder up with no whipping and others refuse all together. I'd suggest just trying it and figuring out what you like.
