OK, I think I got it. Once i have the # of terminal stems/tops that I desire, it sounds like this pruning is done to each treminal stem right at the flip before the stretch, or perhaps a week into flip.

bummer...if you can, make a wire mesh covering of some sort.

I've tried this with my setup and there was still neg pressure because the fan is active and draws way more than can passively flow through the meshed openings. Good advice, added to the to do list.

fwiw, when I didn't have my cross bars, even at 20%, my fan sucked the walls in (passive filtered intakes), so if you run any neg with the fans, the walls would suck in if there is slack in your tent walls. It could be that DrG10's tent has little slack so a fan on low is all he needs. I have a...

If they can't keep track of what's an auto and what's a photo, I wouldn't trust that they can keep track of whether a batch of seed is this strain or that strain.

Here are a couple of shots, hope they help. without these, the walls would suck in by 3-4 inches each side at the deepest point, now, maybe an inch at the deepest point.Hose clamps are your friend (I used shrink wrap to cover the sharp end).

I added 2 rows of 1inch alum angle about 2 feet and 4 feet from the bottom...keeps the tent side from sucking

The grapefruit seems to be doing very well in the 2 gal, looks to be on par with the REM in the 5 gal. This would lead one to choose the 2-gals over the 5-gals and the associated extra media costs. Thanks for posting this comparison.

Nice light...cutting those heatsink slots must have been a drag...but that's a great idea for converting sq tube to a HS that breaths better. One tweak could be to cut a fan slot in the top middle of each bar, and mount the fan to blow into the middle of the slotted tub, this way, the cooling...
