Don't gauge anything on a pre-smoke. Every time you cure you shoud do it like your life depends on it..... don't skip it and don't cut any corners. The quality of your shit will pretty much depend on the cure, anybody who tells you otherwise is pulling your proverbial. Good cure = nice smoke.

lookin at your plant closer, curling edges are throughout the plant, maybe not heat stress unless this has been going on for a while.

How close is your light?? Looks ike heat stress, is it just the top leaves curling up at the edges?

use your scope, you want to be looking at the trichomes, the frost on your plants are trichomes. They look like a stalk with a blob on the end. If you look now they should be clear in appearance, you want them to be cloudy. A hint, don't be looking every 5 mins, you will rupture ya trichs...

Unless your going organic, canna mono nitrogen £10, and canna PK 13/14 £10 . The 2 will last you for ever and the PK will do ya for mid flower to give a boost.

Sorry dude but no correct light spectrum then growth is minimal if at all. Of course you need wattage but ya also need the right colour.
