both your colour spectrums are a little out. 2400k for flower, 6400k to veg. Whilst it won't be huge, it will make a difference to the outcome in both veg and flower.

A pic update You can see that the bud slightly to the left is considerably bigger now compared to other buds.

Sorry dude but I call too much, I have 6 in each 16 sq ft space and that is a tight squeeze taking alot of space management work for each plant, 4 plants in 8 sq ft is just too much IMHO.
