Mg perlite does have low amounts of nutes. It has .3% n .3% p .3% k. It wont cause a problem but yes Its in there.

How did you come to conclusion It is nitrogen deficiency? we need alot more info. Lighting, grow medium, nutes, nute schedule, ph, pot size, how often and how much water. give that info and get better help. I have a feeling what it is but need more info before jumping to conclusions.

Looks like a couple problems imho. Well first is heat stress. Temperature is pretty high. Is there anyway you can lower temp? 2nd issue looks like may have some bug damage. Use a jewlers loupe and check undersides of plants. 3rd may need alittle cal/mag added.

This Is my humble opinion...I would see about procuring some more indica plants or atleast a nice hybrid as the grow time will be much shorter. As a first time grower it will will much easier to cross the finish line with a good harvest. Think of it this way whats easier keeping it alive for 8...
