need more info: I'm guessing you're outdoors. If thats the case I would transplant into a 5 or 7 gallon pot after the plant has established 3-4 nodes, and roots are visible upon popping the soil mass out of your small pot. wait until you see preflowers and confirm sex before doing anything...
