no dont cut any of the leafs, it will be fine. I would say use a transplant solution however to water, to relieve the stress. Root66 would prolly work, use at 1/4 stength

Yeah your plant looks a bit low on nitrogen. Schedual should say to give it some grow big soon, so that should fix it. Goodluck mate = )

Alright well I had two plants going from a mix of some seeds. Ak47,bcmango,juicyfruit,ww,kahuna,and haze. And right from the start after I planted them in earthbox, that is elevated off the ground, I had problems with something digging through the soil in my pots. Well plants survived...

Well if you have access to good soil then I would say get Fox farms ocean forest Worm Castings Perlite Do a mix of like... 5 parts ocean forest 2 parts perlite, 1 part wormcastings. However if you dont have that, then just grab some Organic Miracle grow, and add perlite to it.

no they do not always mature at the same rate, it depends on lighting, and other factors. Yes you can harvest parts of the plant before others.

It depends on what your triyng to accomplish. For example. Im growing a plant all summer, so normally it would get pretty damn tall. However I do not want it to get tall, for security purposes, so im going to start topping it after the 6th node, and continue to top several times after that...
