I usually let oil temp go 120 for wax. Some strains wax up quicker then others some take forever.

It appears to be starting to wax up in middle. Put back in vac at let oil get to 120 and let it go longer. It should finish waxing up. Patience grasshopper

Next run try not whipping it before purge. The whipping and the inconsistent heat cause your tardy consistency

Without using vaccuum or alcohol there is really no way to remove all the butane. doing a 110° water bath is going to evaporate the butane but not purge it
