i never said they see the lamp,they see the heat signature,and like you just said a 400w doesnt give off that much of one.I Think Thermal imaging has many faults 1.If its hot where your at certain surfaces will produce a hot spot 2.If its cold where your at,obviously people have their heaters...

i dont think theirs a bandwidth cap fee on the roku(i never got charged anything)but if worst comes to worst,grab the damn "rabbit ears" lol
