If ur gonna transplant make sure u wait till the soil is more dry than wet so you don't tear the roots, and squeez all the sides and bottom of the pot to loosed the soil for easy extraction... And as far as using the LK I say use it but it really don't matter, good luck don't tear them roots!

Flush them for sure, just don't us cold water, makes the roots uncomftrable, flush once to get out some nutes then water normly after that

1first pic looks like a classic pH problem...what is ur pH before you water them? and if not that then maybe Mg or P or K deficency..either way a good flush/feed(pHd to 6.5ish if ur in soil) should help

yes....verry natural...goes like this in a nutshell..biger roots = biger plants = biger flowers. clones dont grow because then dont have roots...thats why they need a humid enviroment, so the leaves can absourb the moisture till they get roots...like ledgrowing said, will explode soon.
