not at all. even if its a pollinated female or hermie it will produce smokable bud and you'll have a seed supply for the future. it won't be as potent as Sensimilla but no reason to waste it. and if it is a hermie you can pull off the pollen sacks to prevent self-pollination.

that all depends on the actual wattage of your 2700k light. never heard of a 68 actual watt cfl, but if it exists it is a huge light. if the 2700k is roughly the same size as the 6500k then that is 68 equivalent watts, with an actual wattage close to your other lights - and in that case you do...
