no one cfl is better than another, just get the most amount of actual wattage you can find if your going to use cfls might as well go all out. get daylight 6500 kelvin for veging and warm white 2700 kelvin for flowering, or get an hps for flowering and stick to the cfls for veging.

what are you growing in? soil, hydro set up? its a nice plant, mi no expert but in my opinion, what i would do is give it flowering nutes at 1/4 or 1/6 of the recommended amount then at about week 6 or in the next week or two i would consider running pure distilled water or reverse osmosis water...

are you sure its going to get any taller? its the 4th week i thought vertical growth stops after 21 days or so, it has still grown but mostly just flowering now. i hope it doesnt get any taller i have no more room haha, but im going to make a new setup here soon before my plant runs out of room.

mostly sativa plants react well to the cfl lights i dont know why but every indica ive tried to grow has been unsuccessful under cfls, way too many problems, my first plant is a sativa and is 3 ft tall, under 4 26w cfls. it is flowering day 27.

you definately need more power at least 2 42w cfls for one plant but no, you get 1200 lumens from each bulb so you would have 3600 lumens if you used all three
