Soil grow. I use a wide range of organic nutes. I fed my plants that had been in 12/12 for 4 days a mix of some seaweed, liquid fish, fish emultion, hygrozyme, beneficial bacteria, and bushmaster. At 4ml per gallon, the sativas still stretch their asses off.

There is also a 65watt 6500K cfl floodlight above the tank that is on for 5 or so hours every night. As it is the lid is transparent but it's dark green, I'm not sure what that does to the light spectrum that gets through.
