My advice: Dont paint. Put up mylar. Ive painted cabinets before...and they take weeks to fully get rid of the fumes. Believe me, you dont want to grow in a painted/fumy box...it will affect your crop. White paint is good, if you have little $$ to spend, and a few weeks to let it air out...

You just made one more mistake....very big. Cell phone pics.....Never, EVER, post Pics from a cell phone.... Why? Because they contain "Exif" data which tells you almost everything about the camera. (type, settings, brand, etc...) But they can also contain GPS info, depending upon what type...

This is true. I've also found that used containers...(Tomato Sauce Jars, Tupperware, Pickle Jars, etc...) attract unwanted smells as well, even when washed out repeatedly. I would just recommend using either clean, new tupperware...or New glass jars. Jars being the best.
