why not use cfls should work ok in that small space and give you a bit more room to work with also heat may be an issue in such cramped conditions and as for the plant you may have to tie the hell out of the plant and about the 6 inch put try using a wider pot and shorter height

the bio tone was added at the begining never put any on the soil in the pic is just perilite nothing elseand its been 23 days since they broke soil so ill not feed them any water for some days and see if it helps thanks for the advice

i used two i think 80mm pc fans one at the bottom for intake and the one at the top for exhaust bought a stove hood charcoal filter and doubled it behind the fand and for power i bought a adjustable addapter and running 12 v and spliced to two fans onto it
