All of the above are correct, you need more light. Most people say to have at least 3000 Lumens per square foot. For instance my grow space is 2X3, so 6 sqft. This means I need at least 18000 Lumens for it to be "good lighting". Right now my cfl's are putting out 26000 Lumens. Hopefully...

The roots look ok now, after I added peroxide a couple of times but I think the heat did a number on the ones in the bubbler. The 2 in soil are a little lower so maybe since heat rises they didn't get it as bad.
