Droopy could be a sign of overwatering. I go first by weight of my pot. When I water, I get a feel for what they weigh fully watered, after 2 or 3 days, I check the weight again. From experience, I can tell when they soil is dry. With seedlings, probably once a week should do. With older plants...

Poke, this is a good suggestion for commercial growers who have dozens or hundreds of plants. For me, a personal grower, I prefer to take my plants out of their grow-cab occasionally to "air out", while I water them. It's no big deal to move 5 or 6 plants. Just my opinion.

I do it all the time. I usually harvest the top cola first, as it tends to ripen first, and then let the lower buds continue to go until they too are ready. It's very standard practice.

I haven't done it quite that small but I have done a HB grow in an old plastic container nuts came in. I painted it to prevent light reaching the roots. I flowered a clone that was about 8". See the attached pic. Not an impressive pic, I know but this was after about 3 weeks in flower.
