What lights are you using? What soil are you using? You can switch to 12/12 for flowering when your plants reaches "your" desired height. Also, how much height do you have to work with in your space? If you can throw some pics up, will make it easier to help you.

I would say some kind of ventilation. If heat is not a problem then you wont need much ventilation but some small ventilation would give it some fresh air. Is the part you sectioned off closed up good? I have seen a few grows on the forum with nice tight buds from a cheap $20 150hps light...

Nice job on the bins / lights. For using bins it looks very professional and clean the way you set it up. I think I am going to steal your idea for a cloning/veg chamber. Do you have hinges on that bad boy? If so can you show a pic of them? Thanks!

Looks good man. I am doing something similar. Ia m using a T5 system with 2' tubes. I might need to add some CFL's like you have for flowering though.

Tin Foil is bad, you could leave the 100w in if you want as it could not hurt. Just get the CFL bulbs and keep them close! Here is a pic of how close I keep my CFL tubes. The other pic is my plant after 6 days from the seed.

I am no pro but what I do is just make a small finger hole. Drop the seed in with the root pointing down and lightly cover it. You can put light on it I guess but it wont matter till it grows through the soil and the two little leaves are out. if your using fox farm them you wont need to fert...

Thanks unix. Right now I have the T5 lights with a 6500k spectrum. I have blooming bulbs for the T5 but I don't think they will be enough light as the plants get larger for flowering. I am going to try to get some of the $20 HPS lights from econolight when they are back in stock. But for now...

Here is the update. I got the seeds on Christmas eve. That was a sweet gift. These are the Thai Stick strain. I have attached some new photos now that I have some green to show. All 4 are 6 days old and about 2" tall. They are doing great so far. Thanks for all the help from everyone.

Post some pics of your grow setup and lights. Will make it easier. Also, is that 2 weeks from when you started germinating or 2 weeks from when you dropped it in the soil?
