don't spray on the buds it can rot them. i use a soap called dr. bronner's - most hippie grocers and a lot of big store grocers carry it. I use the dr. bronner's peppermint soap to water my soil to get rid of pests.

You NEED a fan, it will strengthen your plants and help air circulation. And you can run an extension cord/surge protector to your closet. I grow in my bedroom's closet and use a 250w switchable HID Sunleaves lamp. I also like the T5 panels as they keep things cooler.

I can't tell you how 250w compares with 400 but I chose the 250 due to heat concerns and I love it. It flowers 3 plants just fine! I am also considering a canvas wardrobe -- but are they gon'na catch fire???

I'd love to see LED for the third section too - but CFL vs T5 would be of interest also.
