Honestly i found the GO to be pretty good for price. But its all preference i guess

I use general organics line. Check them out. Very good all organic. They also have a general hydroponic line and the guy at the place i go to said u can use both together. its great. My plants all love it!

Yes very interesting read. Although there is evidence to support that defolieating is bad here is my evedince. I enjoy doing it and will always continue to. Thats what makes this sport so exciteing. Every1 is differnt and has THEIR own way of doing things. Nice work all! The first pics is AK 47...

Id take more chance with letting them go and keeping them warm with what ever you can come up with. I wouldnt screw with the lighting... u may end up like me last year with nothing at all... :S

I defolieat during flower every time. Althogh most of it is done in veg and early stages of flower but even as of today if there is a leafe casting shade on a the bud i remove it. From the time there sdedlings I LST them and trim as needed to set them up for the best possable grow they can...

I wunder if maybe the stress could turn them into herms... i had my crop last year fail to produce anything because the lighting was switched to 12/12 and then switched back to 24hr all within a month. I was unaware of this problem. (Sabatoge)

If your giving them good nites and what not you will b fine. I have been defoileating my outdoor crop and have seen AMAZING amounts of gain. As well as LST. But i have only benifited from removing leaves. I also know what ones to tounch and not to touch. Haha
