MeanWell LED Drivers: 3 in 1 Dimming Function.

ok did a bunch more reading and i think i got it for resistance dimming BUT i found some interesting looking drivers in china that can run a cxb3590 up to 1700mA the catch is they only have 0-10v dimming can i connect a 10v power suply in parallel to dim and also run fans?

this sounds interetsing so what exactly am i wielding? like 70x70 alu plates onto the bottom of cpu coolers? have you found any other cpu coolers that fit the ideal holder with a 3590? @SupraSPL ?

    Heatsinks for DIY LED lamps

because they dont fit on the cpu cooler lol the ideal holder has a diameter of 65mm i dont need the plate im thinking of ways to use cpu coolers other than the arctic 64 plus

really? I cooked 2 cobs that were running fir 2 weeks with a case temp(heatsink temp right near the cob) of 76C thats 169f im not trying to see if they survive im asking if there is any big loss doing it this way or even using a plate of alu and attaching cobs on 1 side and cpu coolers the other

62W?(1750mA) i just mean to adjust the socket size still using a cpu per cob

    Heatsinks for DIY LED lamps

so the 3590 is a beast- we know that connecting it to an alpine 64 plus will work with the ideal holder BUT WHAT ABOUT USING A ALU PLATE? and attaching a cpu cooler to it i mean because the sockets dont fit but if i cut a 70x70mm piece of alu 1mm thick for example mount the cob on that and...

DiY LEDs - How to Power Them

awesome info as always a\I have a similar question Im going to power 2 cxb3590s off 1 ELG-150-C1750B so at that current I have some volts left over and was thinking to add some monos can this be done assuming the monos will handle that current(dif voltages on the same string?)? should I use...
