edit
actual watts x inefficiency= heat watts
ie 100w x (1-.40) = 60w
its worth doing an excel if ur comparing lots of heatsinks
also running passive is such a bad idea
sorry the numbers in there ar for vero 13s at 350mA
change the dimensions of the sink to see the watts it cools
add in...
are you getting a reflector or running bare bulb?
why not get
https://www.hydroculture.co.uk/goldstar-125mm-grow-light
with Sunmaster Hobby 600W Dimmable Ballast. Dimmabale to 250W, 400W and boostable to 660W?
or Maxibright Promax so u can run mh or hps ?
I know the dawg from back on bubbleponics and the man is a legend, i also know little jacob from icmag who came to me asking for help to build his lights then turned into a right rude little shit when he ordered the wrong number of cob holders(in his native language so no excuses) then couldn't...
1st impressions last/only 1 chance to make..... etc
i really think its worth hiring a professional product photographer for a day-take ur lights to his studio let him do the magic
a lot of non-techy ppl would not buy from ur site simply because the numbers dont mean anything
not my place to...
im sure its been answered but I cnt find it
what are the inner canopy dimensions of your fridge? outer?
thanks im modeling mine off yours but will be a bit smaller i think
get blumat for house plants
(not blumat topf) and use fabric pots that way there will be no run off-also with just water you wont have any clogging issues
the cxa2530 is good value also look into the vero 18s 10s and 13s
you can save a lot by using chinese drivers for example if you get heatsink usa profiles load em with vero 10s and drive them with chinese drivers from fastetch or aliexress you will do fine...
ok tnx so thats prob why the number i got are significantly lower
is 120cm2 per watt passive/40cm2 per watt active correct?
does this look right?( excuse the format its a work in progress) the chip is a vero18@350mA
HI supra
I was working on a spreadsheet to quick calculate the cooling capacity of heat sinks found online but I ran into a few things that made me question some of my assumptions and would really appreciate your help(ill post this spread sheet here for others if there is interest)
so I used...
oh dude!
Chlorine is antibacterial ofcourse it kills all the beanies =D even when doing organic soil you have to(well really aought to) de-chlorinate the water or u will kill off the microherds
btw why dont you just drop the res all the way down-you dont seem to be using your veg area(freezer)...
great tnx so the T22 for a 3x3 for non pot growers =D
why is the V4-200 50% more expensive than the T22 vero when it uses the same parts?
if its a matter of pricing them too cheaply and losing $ i suggest you up the current to match the V4200 and sell both for the same price
these lights look great
I was gonna suggest u get better pics but i see you are having dramas with that
I suggest you use a blue screen and software to edit out the blue(like the due for the weather forcast)
the t22 cree looks real nice- i like it a lot and that price is yum
gonna suggest...
