Yes the legal patient is what I was thinking of in terms of reimbursement. I would be a caregiver only, and not a patient. Since AZ struck down PTSD, anxiety, etc, I cannot qualify. But I would have the one patient with a legitimate qualifying condition. I'll be giving this a lot of thought.
