Sounds like your RH is a little high. I keep mine 60% or less during flowering. A dehumidifier would be helpful; but they can drive up your temps.
Hows your air flow? Keep those ladies dancing too make them strong and prevent mold and mildew.
Plants attacking people by releasing chemicals that effect their behavior...sounds like a bad movie.

It's not the plants that's making you sick. It's something else in your environment.

His window is too small (I think) so he's talking about a wall mount for the AC.
If the windows too big just get a piece of plywood and mount that to the sill and cut a hole for the AC.
The AC in the photo looks kind of old. You could look around for a smaller refurbished or used unit.
Shiplap is a type of wooden board used commonly as exterior siding in the construction of residences, barns, sheds, and outbuildings.
Your handyman should have no trouble with cutting through.
With that heat I imagine you've got humidity issues also.I'm in the same boat. If you do get the AC to...
I see. Does your RH go up that much when dark you need a dehumidifier? RH seems to drop when the lights are off.
I,m in late flowering trying to keep my grow room RH at 55% with the RH outside at 93%. And rain. And I still haven't dried out from the flooding two weeks ago so my dehumidifier...

Does your RH fluctuate that much?
Go light on the fish juice during flowering. It's easy to burn plants with too much N and fish juice has lots of it. I know I burned mine using fish juice. A little goes a long way.
"Nutrients mix best in water at about 105..."?
I've never heard of any product require mixing at that temp. I hope you don't use it on plants at that temp.
Feeling the pain too. Cleaning out my flooded garage. About a sq. yard of sand and gravel. My basement didn't get too badly flooded so my grow room was ok.
Had some buds drying so I had to move them elsewhere.
The kid is related to friends of ours, really heartbreaking.

If you use a 'Bucket Head' for water take out the paper filter. It will get moldy. Get a nylon stocking and put it on...not on you! Put it on the Bucket head where the paper filter was. This will stop the water from spraying from the 'air out' hole. With out a filter of some sort it will spray...
