Keep your ladies dancing, they love it. Don't over do it or they'll suffer wind burn on the leaves. Later in flowering bouncing your buds around too much will damage pistils.
I got some Gorilla glue bud from a local dispensary (1/8th) that had seeds, a lot of seeds. Ten to be exact which made afraid to grow them as my experience is that seedy buds means hermy traits. I did grow one and I am so far pleased. No male flowers at all. Still too early to harvest but...
It could be an Indica. I have two from some old seed (AK47/diesel from seeds I found in a bud from a dispensary) and the where very slow starters. I almost gave up hope. The plant looks good so just give it some time is the only advice I can give.

The red/purple one is red cabbage. The one with the round leaves could be brussel sprouts, or cauliflower or even a cabbage. It's hard to tell.
The one with the serrated leaves looks like cucumbers.

xtsho is correct. You don't need to add any nutes for a while, probably for several weeks. Most commercial potting soils are already N rich (often referred to as 'hot') and really don't need anything for a while.

Get your humidity down to 45-55%. The buds in the jar need to be pulled out and dried more. I'll put mine in a open paper bag for a day or two if they're not too wet, back on the drying rack if they're very wet. Remember to keep burping those jars to let moisture out and dry air in.

Is your bulb a horizontal or vertical bulb? I've used a vertical in a horizontal mount and had a similar problem.
