Thanks for your response I appreciate it! Yeah I have learned that using CFL's you gotta direct the light on the plants as much as possible. I move the lights every day once, depending on how the plant grows. The only problem is that the cabels length are limited and I cannot move them wherever...

Alright I see. Yeah I have a decent fan on continuously and I think it works well for these two plants :) Thanks for the info by the way, didn't know lack of air flow can cause mold.

Yes around 215 watts and 20k~ lumens. Since I borrowed it from a friend who doesn't remember the company that the lights were made by, I unfortanetly cannot give any specs. He mentioned it did cost a little over 70 euros back in the days and claimed it to be decent. Here's a couple pictures...
