at seedlings i would keep the lights 8-12 inches from the tops....

at sedlings i use 50% blue and 50% red (good leaf growth and some hight ) aft 2 weeks i use only blue an continue till i switch to 12/12 ( plants will start gtin bushier ) at 12/12 only red ( bigger flowers more bud!!!!!)
