I don't really see any big problem, some of the sprouts look a little yellowish maybe, but the others look OK. In new soil you're unlikely to have nute deficiencies, little sprouts that size are just starting to get goodies from the soil anyway. I wouldn't be hitting them with any supplements...

I was having similar issues using 2 gph emitters. I added a product called Drip Clean from House and Garden, and no more plugged emitters. http://www.house-garden.us/products/additives/drip-clean/
