ok here is my theory since im using ufo with cfl's. i doubt there better then hps. highly doubt it BUT.... for a person like me whos freaked out about the heli's flying over the house and the fact i can use much electricity cause the bills not in my name. the led and cfl combo is very convient...

yo mike phelps i got almost the same size tent its 7 high 3 feet back 4 feet across. i had a 400 watt but it wasnt an external ballast so i sold it and got cfls, is heat in issue?>i got an inline fan, a 12 inch fan inside and a 4 inch blower with a scrubber sucking out air and my tent wuth cfls...
