Doesn't a plant need 12 hours or MORE darkness to flower? The reason i ask is because I started to cover my babies outside to force flower, I missed the clock for 12/12 shortly after i started so I simpily let it go an extra hour of darkness and continued that pattern of uncovering at 830am and...

Looks like it needs some cal mag and maybe you are overwatering a tad.
