Thanks guys, I've been diluting the nutes down even more since I posted and they're looking a lot better. I'm going flush them with Clearex today and let the system run for a bit. Then I'm going to fill with pure R/O and slowly step the nutes up to the 300 ppm level over the next 24 - 48 hours...

My friend has enough trouble keeping his box of the same size at acceptable temps with at 250W HPS. Large case fan pulling air out of the lamp/reflector and it has cool glass. Still hitting 85 degrees if doors are sealed shut...

They only emerged out of the pots 2 weeks ago. I probably jumped the gun on nutes because they were growing so fast. They're at 650ish right now and look a little bit better. 300 PPMs max for vegetative huh?

Thanks Potroast, how often do you recommend I do a flush? I have Clearex for flushing. Should I be conservative about the ratio/level of Clearex I use as well?

Yes, roots look very good. Growing very quickly, bright & white, and they are in direct flow of the airstones. The airstones are on a couple of high power air pumps and are producing tons of bubbles and high water flow in the tanks.
