Can you do oil out of fan leaves?

How much oil can you potentially get out of 1000g of dried fan leaves with Co2 extraction method? In the case if Co2 method extracts only THC resin and nothing else (not sure about that though), then fan leaves have 1-3% of THC in them. Does it mean you can get 10-30g of potent oil out of 1000g...

Can you do oil out of fan leaves?

Yea, coldpressed juice seems to be a very healthy and valuable thing, but what if the leaves are dried?

Can you do oil out of fan leaves?

What can you do with fan leaves? I guess the most popular answer would be: Throw it away. Second most popular would be: Edibles. But I have another idea: Can you make oil out of fan leaves? Most popular way to make oil is with iso-alcohol, but even with buds it tends to extract more than...

How to make low quality hashish?

But how much would that hash cost compared to bud, if you only get 10g out of 100g of trimmings? Does 1g of good quality hash cost more than bud?

How to make low quality hashish?

I think I'd toss the first one (190 microns) and mix it all together below 190 microns. What do you think, how much hash could I potentially get this way from 100g of trimmings for example? I got no fan leaves in my trimmings - only leaves covered with crystals. Can you tell me how much could I...

How to make low quality hashish?

've read that most people prefer hash that has been filtered through 90 microns, and 120 microns seem to be smokable too, but most people still categorize it as edible. Makes sense? One more question. How many and what size micron filters should it go through before using 120 microns, if 120...

How many microns do you recommend?

How to make low quality hashish?

That sounds weird.. reminds me how you make iso oil. I'd like it to have more hashy texture, not oily.

How to make low quality hashish?

Hey. How would you make hashish if you want more mass out of it? I'm not interested about the best or most efficient way to separate trichomes from leaves, but I'm interested about getting as much mass out of the finished product as possible, while at the same time I'd like to still be able to...

    A perfect cure every time

About the first post - You're talking about which RH I should be aiming at, but RH depends on temperature - relative humidity - humidity that is related to temperature. RH changes alot if temp is changed only few degrees. So about that ideal 60-65% of RH - what temp are we talking about?

Curing: filling the jar up to the lid?

Exactly what I was hoping to hear. Makes sense. Thanks.

Curing: filling the jar up to the lid?

I want to understand what would happen if the jar would be filled 100% without leaving empty space on top of the buds. In my experience buds will shrink for about 5% in volume. Wouldn't that be enough space for the curing to take place? Please enlighten me...

Curing: filling the jar up without leaving empty room inside?

What do you mean by 4/3? Yo mean 3/4? What about filling up to 100%? In my experience it will shrink about 5%. Wouldn't that be enough room?

Curing: filling the jar up without leaving empty room inside?

As I understand, people usually fill it up to 70-90%, right? Basically if I fill it up to 100%, then it will cure\dry very slowly, if at all, right? Empty room captures moisture from the buds, right? So if I accidentally let my buds dry up a bit too much, but I'd still hope to be able to cure...

Smart pots need more watering - more nutes? Worth it?

I have a last question for today. If I'm going to buy the fabric tomorrow to make the fabric pots, then which kind of fabric should I be aiming at? Is it that regular landscape fabric?

Smart pots need more watering - more nutes? Worth it?

Let's not hurry with the revolution yet. But I get what you're saying. Thanks.

Smart pots need more watering - more nutes? Worth it?

To mattman998 and ruwtz: yup, exactly how I've understood the idea behind smartpots. It's just that I'm more interested about the need for watering more and paying more for nutes vs cost efficiency in the end. To Bose: I'm also aiming at 7 gallon ones. I've seen some people watering more...
