    it sounds like stem rot,but i cant tell without looking at your photo's(i am on dial up and those photo's in your grow journel are just to big) stem rot is caused by over watering,let them dry out a bit

    i would not go and pay for fish.and the salmon over there has a different eating quality to the salmon we get to catch here. in aus it is what we call neighbor fish. it is the fish you keep to give those pesky neighbors that keep asking for a fish or to but are to lazy to go and do the fishing...

    generally around 2 - 3 kilo's , but i have put a six kilo salmon in a hole(thats all they are good for) so it is just throw in what ya reckon and go for it.

    around a foot to eighteen inches just so the plant is plenty strong before the roots hit the fish probably wont hurt the plants anyway if it was closer..?

    i can relate to that :) I thought my little jack russel had been bitten by a snake,had the staggers just laid down looking stupified could not stand up. after 5 hours of this i thought no not a snake,so it dawned on me he might have had a nibble on my plants,no nothing munched up. remembered...

    I use this method but as to the salmon having more nutrients (well i would take that with a grain of salt) i only put the fish in a month before i transplant any fish will do the job all the same in my book and over the last 30 years i have used them all.(well what i can catch locally any way)...

    since i only grow outdoors i have to grow what i need for the year in one grow. so being able to store it to keep it fresh was an important thing for me.

    yep i used to leave notes,(sprung on the note). then walk away and leave them alone,and hope that if any one finds yours they will do the same.

    yes you can ,just be sure it is dried and cured properly. i keep all mine in the bottom of the freezer. vacuum packed then into tupperware containers, i have kept it there for 12 months,and it is almost as fresh as it was when i put it in there.:hump:

    thats great:) by the way i would say they are only slightly better.Negative/Neutral Feedback received by scalediscounters.. and it is not that they are shonky ,i would say they are drop shipping and have a few problems now and again. and they seem to be a bit slow in there after sale service...

    yes i agree with the growing of two plants in a pot it can be done it is just not optimal , as to killing the other one no i don't agree with that. if you are growing 2 per pot outdoors they tend to use the water too fast so they need watering more often.

    most of that sounds ok ,perlite definately helps with drainage ,blood meal is a great food for the plants during the veg stage. but the only problem i can see is two plants per sack(never grown this way) but like a pot i think it may get too crowded. fish emulsion ,is a great fert for growing
