well, with cheap ballast its a hit or miss. Theres always a chance of that happening to you. So you gotta just take the risk, also don't forget to get an osculating fan for your grow and bug mold repellent

i like to leave a seed in a cup of water till it cracks, then put it on a plate with a damp paper towel with a bowl covering it. so far been getting 100% germination
