will x 2 300w Blue CFL be ok? it should output around 40000lumens... 10000 per sq ft... therefore, isnt this enough?

hi i have 5 plants.. just placed it under my hps lights (600w hps) .. its peaking to 100deg.F! i need to buy CFL to replace them.. what kind of wattage and how many cfl lights do i need?? thanks

i moved the light closer.. 3inches.. i just noticed that some leaf tips are curling... usually means not enough water..i think.
