haha i wish i could do the same...but ppl may wonder why it looks like the sun inside a tiny storage room..i think ill move it under the HPS for 3-4 hours a day, which would mean i would have HPS supplement for 25-33% of the day...

the dimensions of the closet are 5'x18"x9' ceilings...and the HPS has a built in ballast which kinda sucks...but I wouldn't be able to ventilate the closet any which is the whole problem, the best I can do is leave the door cracked w/ the CFL's and it keeps the temp about 80F...i guess a few...

how many plants you growing? you should be able to find a small tent that would fit atleast a few plants for under $100 if you look around...that will solve your temp issue no doubt, and you will get your money back when they grow nice and healthy.

w/ that 250w hps in an 8x8 room you may be ok with a plant or 2..and that may actually keep the room warm enough in that cold temp at night if you don't have exhaust, but then u need co2 injection. ps dont use foil, use some white paint or white reflective board
