what is the best nutes for a 1 week into flowering plant i have to order it i don't have any hydro stores anywhere near me

i am root bound and can't afford good soil and shipping there is now stores around here that have good stuff I have good soil in pots outside in freezing temps 3-25 degrees F (not pot plants) should i heat this soil to sterilize it or can i just use it when it gets to room...

pure cfl lighting too 6500 daylights after the second week of veg then used 1/4 - 1/2 strength MG all purpose plant food 24-8-16 till now im using 2700k cfls now for flowering im going to start a new nute soon tho for flowering but the soil is MG potting mix too Pic 1 is 12-19-08 started...

mix a 1/4 teaspoon with a quart of water put in a spray bottle and totally wet the top 1/2 layer of soil they will be gone in a day or two:weed:
