Maybe if these sputter out, you could try soil. Most people get off to an ok start with it. a good soil is ph'd correctly, and seedling mix will help feed the little ones without burning. Good luck.

In my opinion, 1000w will fill up a 5x5 nicely. Nomo clearly knows what he's doing, so take his advice on maximizing your setup. 8 gallons is too big for a seedling. But people start seeds in the ground. Itl be a pain to keep track of your watering.

Everything in this pic is the same age, same seed, and you can see some are just allready much bigger. Maybe it has something to do with germination? Ps: for some reason I thought yours were in flower! Don't mind me lol

My rh is never above %30. Without the humidifier on full blast, it's %15. I germinated with plastic bags loosely over pots,.and took them off a.few days after sprout. I just keep the humidifier on now. But when it does run out occasionally, the seedlings almost look better with lower humidity...

They're flowering now, correct? Everything I've read has advised against going 12/12 with autos. Unless they don't automatically flower.
