Dude, if it ain't broke don't fix it. No need to change the soil. the nutes in ANY soil will only last so long. This is why we have to constantly feed the soil with nutes. Leave your plants where they are and get a nice quality fertilizer.

Dude, people can say what they want, but I would never put a germinated seed directly in the ground outside. In the future germinate your seed the exact same way you did, but this time use a organic seedling mix like Jiffy Organic Seed Strating Mix with a seedling tray. Add a little vermiculite...

Looking at those I can tell that those are probably some bagseed. They looks VERY weak. If you bought those seeds, please let me know so I dont make a mistake and buy them. I doubt it is light because I have a few in the shade that are doing very well. Are you using nutes?
