Here's a couple pictures of what my current grow looks like. I didn't take a picture of the left side of the tent because my ballast is magnetic on that side. I had to top two of the plants again 3 weeks into flowering because they stretch to much. These are all Super Lemon Haze.

You're right. the bulbs won't actually be cold. It would only lower the degrees a little and keep the air around it cooler. I might just try it tomorrow morning.

If the bulbs are cool the entire time. I don't think condensation would be much of a problem. I know when the bulbs are really hot and cold water gets on them they blow. But, if the A/C unit turns on at the same time the bulbs do. I think it might be able to work without problems.

That is exactly why I['m trying to figure out if it's safe. I was thinking about just doing it tomorrow morning. But, not 100% because of that and that I won't be home for a while to check to see if they do blow or not.

Also I should mention that it's a grow tent 8x4x7. 1K watt light and 600watt light.

A/C blows the air by itself. It will go straight into the lights and at the other end there is also a high velocity fan moving air the same direction. I'm pretty sure this isn't a problem for the bulbs but just wanted to double check. With the A/C unit, it might make the bulbs a little colder...

I personally don't continue veg nutes. When i flip the switch to 12/12. I water them with plain water for the first time only. After that, I feed them with my bloom nutes. This seems to work well for my setup.
