Multiple tops does not mean you have polyploidy. Tetraploidy means the plant has four sets of chromosomes per cell instead of the normal two. Unless you are dissecting your seedlings under an electron microscope, Im pretty sure you can't tell the ploidy.

30 gallons a day for 29 plants? That is crazy. I MAYBE use 5 gal/day with 16 plants, and they are all over 3' tall. How many times per day are you flooding them? Do you change how many times throughout the course of 12/12?

Two out of three look fine. THe one with curling leaves could be bad genetics or overfertilizing. Usually seedlings do just fine in inert media for 7-10 days before they need fertilizer, and maybe the miracle grow soil it too hot for seed sprouting.

From the looks of it, that bottom growth isnt getting much light. Those leaves will naturally drop over time because they are not producing enough energy to justify their existence. Other than that, they look pretty healthy! Give em a few days!
