There are many more than just three. First, there are two intake fans at the bottoms of the bins. These are 92mm and output 36CFM. The exhaust is out the side there on the top. It's a 120mm fan with output as 78CFM. Then, there are four more fans inside blowing air around/cooling lights. As...

Aluminum foil is a horrible reflector. It'd be wise to look into something else.

The total to about 34" of height. Well, I got around it by using an AT power supply. However, I did run an ATX earlier in the grow. To start an ATX without a motherboard, take a peek at this.

Indeed, no expert. If the plants are "looking downward for water," then wouldn't it make sense to put the water at the bottom of the pot? I've spoken with my local hydro-grow store and spoke to him about this. I've been feeding my plants like this since April, and haven't had an issue with...

I'd build a wall down the center of the room. So, the basement is now divided into two equal parts - 20x20. We'll call this Room A and Room B. Next, Room A is divided into two equal parts. These will form A-1 and A-2. Also, Room B is divided into a 15x10 (B-1) and 5x10 (B-2) sections...

If you're only running fans, then there won't really be a big draw through the power supply. Also, all power supplies come with an internal fan to regulate temperatures to prevent overheating. So either way, you're set.

I was always told to put them through 24hours of darkness before turning on 12/12. Mind you, this was a group of local growers I know. It may just be something that they do.

The bathroom fixtures come with three wires. Simply go to the Home Depot wiring section and ask for some wire, "by-the-foot" I simply said, "I need to make an extension cord. I need 5feet of three-strand wire"
