I'm a noobie grower, help me get my first harvest please ily!

Hang the light up as high as possible, move the plants to the opposite corner, and stop over watering. Do not transplant until the plants are bigger than the pot they are in.

    Heavy watering every 3-4 weeks?

Sounds like either it’s time to transplant or you’re about to harvest.

    Heavy watering every 3-4 weeks?

I run a cycle of Feed, Water, Water, Water, Feed. The weeks I feed (Week 1 of Veg, week 1 and 5 of Flower) will be 300 ppm, 400ppm, 500 ppm. Watering includes supplements as needed. Good luck mate, Cheers.

    1000 watt 12plants

I am just finishing this run in a 4x8 w/ 1000w hps on a light rail. Watch your height before going into flower. I will need to keep my canopy no higher than 24” on my next run. My light rail and hood create a height limit, so I had to lower my watts to 750 to avoid burning the shit out of the...

    DIY RDWC

B/c there is so much equipment in a RDWC that in comparison, 1 seed and dirt filled pot would be a lot simpler. And when you’re first starting out, less is more... that’s why.

3 weeks from seed, deficiency already?

    If you’re comfortable, they’re comfortable

Or throw some dirt and a seed in a pot.

3 weeks from seed, deficiency already?

Looks like your over watering and too many Nutes. Back of the watering and Nutes. Add microbes like great white. They’ll bounce back in a week.

    Noob Rehab

I’ve learned how light my pot is when it’s time to water. Ever pick up an almost empty bottle of milk? You know when it’s almost empty just by feel.

    The Grow Boss

I’d like to add by saying he’s teaching noob growers, that red lining a grow (max Nutes, watering every day, putting the lights 12” from the canopy, etc) when you first start, doesn’t give much room for mistakes. I’ve learned to back off on all of it, increases the chance of a better grow. And...

    Noob Rehab

Yes on both, but I would like to elaborate just a little more Light- Once your experienced enough to translate how the plants are reacting to what they want, you can start lowering lights. As a noob, you need to finish a run, without burning them up to see what they are suppose to look like...

    Noob Rehab

You got through your first grow, you’ve told yourself that you nailed it on your first try... your in complete denial of the reality. You bought into all the light, Nute, equipment and supps hype, only to realize that you’d really didn’t need a lot of this shit! And some of the advise out there...

    The Grow Boss

I flush, I like it, I’m good. I do like reading some of the different views and perspectives, but have yet to find one to change my mind. *flushing- However, I am still trying to find the lowest amount of Nutes possible.... and whe I find it, I will still flush the last two weeks. LoL. Cheers...

    The Grow Boss

Right amount- I agree. I’m still trying to find the lowest amount of ppm ( right amount) should hone in on it by this next run. Light video- Videos are all pretty much the same. Noobs like me will kill plants b/c we put lights way to close. Back the lights off, error on the side of caution...

    The Grow Boss

Im a fan, makes you water them and this prevent giving them too many Nutes. Just can’t over water.

    Strange growth and colouring

Hi, they look over watered and too many Nutes. Easy fixes, just back off both. Wait until the pots need watering, they’ll be fine.

    3 Gallon or 5 Gallon

Maybe use a skill saw next time. Run parallel cuts. Might be easier and get same of better drainage.
