Is it good to add UVB when flowering? How long and when should it be on?

Been topping and LST, and now it is week 11, do you think it is ready to harvest? Does anyone have experience with this string? The smell is not strong, Tricom looks cloudy, but no amber, only the sugar leaves has amber trichomes. I will o wait for another 1 or 2 more weeks.

Curing make the buds smoke smoother thats i agree, but does curing really make buds stoner? and how big difference between curing and not curing?

week 8 of flowering, suddenly the buds growing white hair again, is it normal? I switch the light 13 hours dark, 11 hours light, I also turn on my sf4000 from 60 to 70%, 16 inches away from the top of the plant.

Start from a bag of random seeds from my friend, don't know what inside. I am so lucky that the first plant is a Sativa dominant female, and the second one is Indica dominant female, now it is week 5 of flowering. what do you guys think?
