So I know they recently made it illegal for care givers to sell to other care givers but what about patients selling to care givers? Is that still a grey area?

I just pulled two seeds off one of my plants and I'm a bit confused... I haven't had any males. I keep a close eye on my plants for hermies and just checked every inch after finding the seeds and didn't find anything. This is my first grow in this house so I've never had males or hermies here...
