Pyrethrums are a great option. Liquids work way better than foggers in my opinion, and foggers get residue all over everything. Don't Bug Me is pyrethrums and will kill them, just don't spray anything when the lights are on.

That soil looks barky and weird. I'd say stick with the Foxfarm soil. Light Warrior is a seed starting mix, then mix with Ocean Forest for a veg mix. 2nd watering you can add Microbe Brew, Kangaroots, and B-1.

And don't take clones from plants with PM. Don't accept clones from friends with PM. Sulfur burners are great preventatives if started early. I spray weekly with either liquid sulfur or Serenade.

Looks like N deficiency. Add more everything. Happy Frog doesn't have alot of nutrients in it, so you'll need to start adding liquids pretty quick. Especially if it is dry and they are drinking often.
