    THANX GUYS VERY VERY HELPFUL. i did use the paper towel method and what was happening was the tap root would come out and thats as far as they would go for me in RW. I think i was drowning them. so try try again.You gave me lots to think about and tweek my methods.Thanx again.

    why is it that i have such a hard time getting seedlings to come up in rockwool? How long is the norm for the little buggers to break the surface? i do much better in peat or soil but i don't want to cause shock by transplanting later. suggestions ?:roll:

    Thinking of starting a Fridge grow box, couple general questions

    my fridge build is actually smaller.but i have 5 plants hydro dwc. it's completely automated and heat is no problem with t5 and and a combo t5 and led for flowering. well it works for me.and theres the stelth thing.

    t5 seem to do the job in my fridge. I used spray adhesive to cover the walls with mylar. since heat is a big issue. I installed a heat transfer fan at the top all o.k. so far. I was thinking of installing 4 cfl hanging from each corner to get more light to middle of plant don't know yet. still...

    no such thing as a stupid question. heat rises so out the top or near cool at bottom or near. carbon filters for the smell. and it's always better to cool lights with a vented hood or reflector if you can.in my novice opinion.

    sorry about the late response i have a very busy life and yes i found a security light a company was throwing out new in the box with 12 new bulbs.175 watt for free.but can i flower with these i also have a new t5 setup someone didn't want. what do you think.
